Kapil Kale is cofounder and COO of Tremendous, a payouts platform that helps businesses send money to people around the world. He manages Tremendous’ product and engineering teams. He helped launch Tremendous as GiftRocket in 2010, then rejoined in 2020 after a stint at AngelList, where he eventually served as COO of their recruiting business.
